Cyclist struck on Tranquille 2024-33115 Police were called to the intersection of Vernon Avenue and Tranquille Road this weekend for a motor vehicle collision involving a cyclist. According to the report received on Friday Oct. 4, 2024, around 1:35 p.m., a person was riding a bike on the sidewalk, without a helmet on, and allegedly while impaired by drugs, when he rode through the intersection and was struck by a vehicle turning right, northbound onto Tranquille.
