Disturbance downtown 2024-17401 Multiple police officers were visible on St. Paul Street Friday morning, where a man had alleged that someone with guns was in his apartment. On June 7, 2024, around 8 a.m., Kamloops RCMP frontline officers responded to a residential complex on the 200-block of St. Paul Street, and while en route, received several more calls indicating that the same man was jumping off balconies and stating someone was in his unit and a kidnapping had occurred.
