The Kamloops RCMP continues to be pro-active throughout the holiday season targeting impaired drivers to ensure our roadways are safe. Over the past weekend several road checks were conducted in the city resulting in the following infractions being discovered:
Impaired Drivers by Alcohol- 11
Vehicle Impoundments – 1
Other Motor Vehicle Violations – 6
We are reminding everyone to plan ahead this holiday season, arrange a ride, and arrive safely. We will be continuing our efforts conducting these road checks throughout the holiday season.
